1. Website use
You may browse this site for information about our CI/CD pipeline consulting services. Content is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a written proposal.
2. Consulting engagements
Services (assessments, advisory sessions, implementation work) are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work that defines scope, fees, milestones, and deliverables. If there is a conflict between this page and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are quoted in South African Rand unless otherwise stated. Payment terms appear in your proposal. Late payment may pause work after notice.
4. Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise, you retain ownership of your repositories and data. Deliverables created specifically for you are licensed or assigned as set out in the statement of work. Our pre-existing methodologies and templates remain our property.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties will treat non-public technical information shared during engagements as confidential, subject to exceptions for information already public or required by law.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, our aggregate liability arising from consulting services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where you qualify as a consumer.
7. Governing law
South African law governs these terms and the site. Courts in Gauteng have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections specify otherwise.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for site use; active engagements remain under their signed agreements.
